How this started

About a year ago, I made a bet with one of my buddies, they said "since you're such an expert at SEO, why don't you rank yourself number 1 at something."

So I took the bet, just for fun. Also as a side joke, whenever someone asks what I do for a living, I'd tell them: "Google it."

They'd type it in. My name would pop up. And they'd look at me like I'd just pulled a rabbit out of a hat.

It wasn't magic. It was SEO. The exact same basics I use every day to put businesses at the top of Google.

So I'm doing it again. This time in Pennsylvania, where Bold Eagle is based.

What it takes to rank for anything

Here's the thing. Ranking for a silly phrase and ranking a plumber in Erie Pennsylvania run on the same rules.

Pick the right phrase. Build one page that answers it. Make sure Google finds that page. Point a few good links at it. Check the result, fix what's broken, repeat.

That's it. No secret sauce. No tEcHnOlOgIcAl bReAkThRoUgHs.

The difference is competition. Nobody else is chasing "most handsome man in Pennsylvania" (shocking, I know). A search like "dentist Erie PA" has dozens of businesses fighting for the top 3. Same rules. More work. Wayyyy more work.

Which is where the hardest working part comes in.

Why "most handsome"

I am very handsome, many would agree, everyone knows this, however, I'm also the hardest working SEO expert in Pennsylvania too (look it up ;). Being handsome isn't all about looks, it's all the skills you develop that contribute to being an exceptional person. One of the skills I care deeply about is winning.

I like doing the actual work. Every day. Until a client is sitting in the top 3. Monthly reports full of gobbledygook? Not my thing.

Because a top 3 spot in Google means more calls, more traffic and more trust. Every single day. Without paying for every click.

Do the work. Show the results. Repeat.
